Really nice set!I have been cooking with them since they arrived-beautifully packaged by the way. I'm definitely eyeballing the new knife set as my next kitchen addition. We are moving away from plastics in my kitchen and look forward to more products from Toadfish!
I try to only use wooden implements in my cooking. It is not always 100% possible, but these tools make it more probable. The countertop holder insures that everything is at hand, and where it should be. Very happy with the quality.
